Lantern of Enlightenment

Aufklarung is one of the sixteen Hexabeyance, artifacts created by Bhaskar Distan'Vwaje to help restore Bahamut in case Tiamat ever succeeded in killing her brother. Aufklarung is one of the artifacts in the Symbolum Auctoritatis quadrant.
Aufklarung was discovered in New Frontier under the ruins of Illimine Aufklarung, an ancient library destroyed on the Night of Proclamation.

Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a by one who opposes Tiamat)
When attuned, this hooded lantern is filled with magical brilliance, shedding bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. Invisible writing is visible to the wielder as long as it is in the lantern's bright light. You can use an action to lower the hood, reducing the light to dim light in a 5-foot radius.
The lantern has 6 charges and regains 1d4 charges per day after a Long Rest. When attuned, the wielder can cast the following spells by expending one or more charges.

• Guiding Bolt - 1 charge
• Daylight - 3 charges
