Since exploiting the
Gypsum deposit nearest
Gatefall would likely anger our
Harpy neighbors, the
Company has approved mining at an alternate site recently discovered in the
Fal'ithri Woods. This deposit lies near our new outpost at
Fort Ridge, which should ease logistics somewhat despite the greater distance.
Objectives:
- Obtain the lumber needed to construct a mining camp from Horde Hill or another source.
- Transport the lumber to Fort Ridge and make contact with the Company's hired miners.
- Escort the mining expedition to the Gypsum Node southeast of Fort Ridge.
- Defend the miners while they set up camp and construct basic defenses.
- Document any threats or unusual phenomena that you encounter.
- Return to Gatefall and submit a Report of your efforts.
