Quessir

Quessir were a Race native to The Old World which became extinct early in the Age of Building. They were vaguely humanoid in appearance, but possessed a spindly build and predatory features, with sharp teeth and an almost complete lack of hair on their bodies. They are believed to be the ancestors of Elves and Gnomes and likely became extinct through interbreeding with these more developed Races.

On 9/5/213, Djinn, Günther, Helena, Myth, Petra and Ranaghar discovered carvings in a Ruin northeast of Gatefall depicting Quessir, along with Aearee and Ostor, offering sacrifices to Dragons. While this is strong evidence that the Quessir had a presence in The New World at one time, it is unknown whether they or their descendants still exist there.
