Bart

Bart is the big-hearted, affable Orc owner of the Stonehill Inn & Tavern in Phandalin. Bart's cat Buddy is a fixture of the tavern, usually seen asleep near his master. Bart also runs the provisions and mining supplies store directly adjacent to the Inn & Tavern. A former adventurer, he lost his Axe Hew at the battle of the Wyverns at what is now known as Wyvern Tor. Bart retired and settled down into a simple life after buying Stonehill approximately five years earlier. He's had several run-ins and physical altercations lately with The Redbrands who have invaded the town. He has a soft spot for Molly and is close friends with Clint, the Sheriff of Phandalin, who he holds in high regard. He doesn't think very much of Harbin Wester the Townmaster. He used to be very friendly with Gryzelda Silvershade until she started hosting the The Redbrands at the Sleeping Giant Tap House. He maintains a close kinship with Sister Garaele at the Shrine of Luck Temple as well as Bruni Grumblehelm at the Phandalin Mining Exchange.
