Wears an oversized royal hat that covers his eyes completely, has a large round nose decorated with a downward slopping policeman mustache. Extremely small in stature even for a Gnome, and carries with him a book of the laws of the realm.

Speaks slowly with a harsh tone and adheres to the law very strictly. Not much was known of Lambell, except for his dry attitude and the fact that he definitely was the keeper of the Royal Amethyst. I mean, have you seen that massive safe in his private quarters? Good luck getting in there.
