Mork Varkas

Mork is a fisherman in the Hamlet known as Troutbeck. Mork is a Lightfoot Halfling originally from Overhill who moved to Troutbeck after his wife died giving birth to his son Caldwell Varkas . Mork is known to be quite grumpy and short with people, especially outsiders. His attitude changed after his son was captured by a Yeti. The angry father chased the beast all the way to its lair, but lost an arm trying to kill it and managed to make it back to Troutbeck barely alive.

Thankfully, The Order of the Keepers slayed the beast and rescued his son. Mork is still grumpy, but he's much kinder and patient nowadays.
