Andvari's Gold
When Andvari was murdered by Loki , who was seeking to steal the treasure, Andvari used his dying breath to place a curse on the gold, so that it would reveal the truth of anyone who touched it.
The gold has had widespread impact on Aesir and Vanir history, and especially on the life of Prince Loki. The gold was responsible for transforming the Vanir Fafnir into a Dragon, and thereby in the creation of Gram and the legend of Sigurd the Everglorious. It was also used to craft the ring Andvaranaut, which gave Verity Willis her metahuman abilities.
