Database
The Database was constructed to house the second Supreme Intelligence.
After the destruction of Supreme Intelligence LIX by Carol Danvers and Genis-Vell, the building was abandonned, including the remains of the Supreme Intelligence systems.
During the Phalanx Crisis, the building was used as a shelter by survivors. The Supreme Intelligence was partially repaired by Mac-Ron in order to send out a distress call, and a backup of the repaired Supreme Intelligence was stolen by Noh-Varr.
While part of the Royal Inhuman Expidition, Noh-Varr installed the Plex Intelligence into the Database, and the Plex Intelligence began rebuilding Hala, starting with the Database.
