Frey

King Freyr Njordson

Frey is son of Njord, and Skaði, brother of Lady Idunn, and King of Vanaheim.

He is married to the Mountain Giantess Gerd with whom he had two daughters, Frigga and Gullveig. He has three grandchildren, Thor, Loki and Baldr.

During the reign of Bor, Frey frequently visited Midgard. He was one of the Asgardians to be worshipped as gods by the bronze age Scandinavians.
