King / Queen Regnant of the Inhumans
The title given to rulers of Attilan.
The idea that they were the true rulers of the Inhumans was an affection, as non-Attilanian Inhumans, such as those of Afterlife, were not their subjects.
Following the fall of Attilan, the King's authority initially extended over New Attilan, however they have since abolished the monarchy, and as such the King's authority effectively only extends to the ruins of Attilan. As Medusa has no heir, it is expected that the title will die with her.
