Folk of the Foam

Fae-like people who live under the waves and look like they're made out of seafoam. Said to be the reason for the famous red hair of the Fallowin Royal Line when a Folk woman gave the Prince his son and heir, as well as her magic. Strange and sharp-teethed. They live in the sea caves around Falloway.
A variant of them live in the rivers and sewers called 'River Maidens'.
