Session 3 - Missing
General Summary
A month has passed since the group founded their new village, still without a name. The residents all pitch in to make the village work, but problems begin to arise. A woman named Awena, from a nearby barbarian camp, steals a ring and uses it to heal a sick person. Alais initially sentences her to labor, realizing she doesn't understand the concept of stealing. Later, a ratman named Taq is accused of stealing a sword. Alais decides that both should be put in stocks and that the council should establish laws for the community.
As the days go by, Astele sculpts a statue of Hugo killing the Stag Lord for the town center, and the council decides to build an inn to attract travelers. When two townspeople are murdered by what appears to be a savage beast, Alais and Fimbul investigate and determine that it is a werewolf. Hugo speaks with Awena and learns that the only person who left town that night was a man named Jethori. Alais decides to imprison Jethori in the kobold cavern while he searches for a cure. To prevent panic, Fimbul kills a Wolf and tells the town its the culprit.
The council decides to hold a festival and erects a fountain to display the statue of Hugo. However, they soon learn that a young boy named Wishbone has gone missing. They set out to find him, investigating a witch named Isadora but determining she isn't responsible. They then explore a suspicious tower on an island but are scared away by Will'o'Wisps. Along the way, they are attacked by a Sabertooth Tiger, a deranged man, and a Scythe Tree. They also settle a dispute between a Nixie and one of Alais' old friends, Vash. They even encounter a group of halfling explorers led by a man named Bilfiz. Despite their efforts, there is still no sign of Wishbone.
