A star nation in the Arcturus Galaxy made up mostly of Anagons, a species of neutron star dwellers.

As anagons are very small, their ships are also very small, yet able to withstand huge punishment for their size. Anagon weapons will almost always overpen regular species' ships, though, as they are designed to fight other ships comprised of QCD matter.
Their starships are very hard to hit. Many factions have added special ammunition to their wepaons called High Explosive Graviton Disruption Wave (HEGDW) ammunition. This disrupts the strong nuclear force that Anagon starships rely on so heavily to stay together. As few systems are likely to ever hit an Anagon starship, HEGDW ammuniation is designed to explode in the vicinity of the target similar to a flak shell.
