Dillson Bolder
His Highness, Prince Dillson Bolder
Prince Dillson Bolder was the grandson of King Dillard the Golden and the nephew of King Willard the White. He was the only son of Dillard Bolder, the second son of Dillard the Golden.
Dillson never knew his father, as he died when he was only an infant in a joust held in honor of Dillson's birth. Dillson was raised by his mother, Aline Courbet the daughter of Serge VII Courbet, King of Aria. Dillson was an athletic and energetic youth, and trained dilligently at swordsmanship and riding. When he was 18, he was allowed to compete in a tournament even though his father died in a tournament, and he won the majority of his matches. It was at this tournament that Dillson met and fell in love with a distant cousin of King Mellar am Ohnni of the Kingdom of Imesse named Mabel Ohnni. They married that same year and had a son, Bollard Bolder.
In 72 AF, while training with a Company of Dragoons in the Ward of Manito, his company was attacked by a band of orcs numbering about 200. Dillson was killed while defending an injured Dragoon. His corpse was never recovered, and only 17 soldiers survived to tell the tale of the Prince's brave death.
