House Kassryx

The Kassryx family is a noble house of Summerlund. They first grew to prominence during the rule of Varwyn Tarmoore when Landyn Kassryx was knighted. When the line of House Tarmoore was ended in 709 SKR, Kassryx briefly held the throne, giving it up to House Valmar in 711. Later on, when House Padwyn had rebelled and taken the crown, Kassryx forces helped put House Thonwyr on the throne instead. Since that time, the Kassryx family have been the hereditary Dukes and Duchesses of Sudrast. A member of house Kassryx, Eleanor was, until recently, the Queen of Summerlund, and Kidalis Havengard was revealed to secretly have been born of Kassryx blood.
