Palasha

Palasha is a Merfolk singer who works at the Witchlight Carnival. She entertains the fairegoers both at Silversong Lake, during the Big Top Extravaganza, and during the crowning of the Witchlight Monarch. As she sings, she is also able to sculpt elaborate figures and scenes out of water, so her shows are quite magnificent.
Despite all the odds, she has fallen in love with Candlefoot the mime. When Candlefoot tried to propose to her, he suddenly went silent, and she thought he was mocking her with mime. Later, it was explained to her that his voice had been stolen (through a trick by the Kenku Kettlesteam), and she accepted his proposal gladly. "We are an impossibility in an impossible universe," she said, happily. After the Witchlight Court freed the Arch-Fey Zybilna and returned from the Feywild, they were guests of honor at the pair's wedding.
