Kettlesteam

Kettlesteam is a Kenku Warlock whose patron is the Arch-Fey Zybilna. When her contact to her patron seemed to have largely vanished, she began to investigate, but, since she can't enter Prismeer as part of her pact, she went to the Witchlight Carnival, knowing it to be tied to Zybilna as well. She overheard the proprietors Mr. Witch and Mr. Light, discussing something that seemed to suggest they were in a bad position but could do nothing. She began following the Carnival on its trips between worlds, causing mayhem and trying to disrupt things in order to force Witch & Light to tell her what they knew. This included heckling Palasha the Merfolk singer, stealing Candlefoot the mime's voice, and a plan to steal the Witchlight Watch from Mr. Witch during the crowning of the Witchlight Monarch.
She was caught by the adventurers who became known as the Witchlight Court and forced to give Candlefoot his voice back. As they interrogated her, she was eventually able to convey her concerns to them, and they agreed to help, having concerns of their own. Seeing that they had the situation in hand, she watched from a distance as Toby Toetufts stole the Watch and Dawn was crowned Witchlight Monarch. Seeing Witch & Light escorting the others to the Hall of Illusions, she was satisfied, and she made her way home. With her patron restored, she feels her efforts and trust were rewarded.
