Candlefoot

Candlefoot is a Human who works as a mime at the Witchlight Carnival. He takes tickets for the Hall of Illusions, entertains as a clown and mime during the Big Top Extravaganza, and generally makes himself useful to Mr. Witch.
Despite all odds, he is in love with the Merfolk singer Palasha, and she returns his affections. While trying to propose to her, his voice was magically stolen from him by the Kenku Kettlesteam. This caused Palasha great embarrassment, as she thought he was mocking her through mime. Luckily, the adventurers who became known as the Witchlight Court were able to assist him and forced Kettlesteam to give his voice back. He then proposed to Palasha, who happily accepted. After the Court freed the Arch-Fey Zybilna and returned from the Feywild, they were guests of honor at the pair's wedding.
