Shaw Family

House Shaw was a small, maritime family that came into the Salvan courts in Arine during the latter century of the Second Age in the years following the Lost Emperor Uprising and was one of the seven families who made up the original brothers of the Silver Shields during The Southern Expansion, though their reign would last little more than a century and become functionally extinct after the many battles during the Tumultuous South conflict. House Shaw was known for their maritime expertise and their colors would be a common sight in the northern waters of the Torrose and the Gulf of Bartholomew.   Their name is gone from the world, but their blood still remains within Houses Moss and Westman, while their words and sigil still find their way into sunlight by the descendant members of those unions and many ships in the Moss's fleet still fly their colors to insure that the world never forget them as well.

Disbandment

House Shaw has been considered functionally extinct since the conclusion of The Tumultuous South conflict in 766 ATS as their namesakes and heirs were all killed in battle; however their bloodline remains intact when the ladies of House Shaw married into Houses Moss and Westman.
