Slann Lord Chuqxlata

Chuqxlata is a Slann of the Third generation dwelling in Itza.
Chuqxlata is the ruler of Itza in all but name. Chuqxlata is the right hand of the Second Generation Slann in charge but Slann sleeps a lot and when awake is usually too lost in contemplation to bother with the day-to-day operations of his Temple City.
Chuqxlata is a very staunch supporter of Mazdamundi's interpretation of the Great Debate. If anything, he is more enthusiastic than Lord Mazdamundi himself.
If anything Mazdamundi assumes the other Slann will eventually come around to his side on their accord. Chuqxlata does not take this for granted and seeks to (nonviolently) hamstring the forces of Merestar's coalition.
The larger Temple Cities have the legal right to demand levvies of soldiers from the smaller Kahoun. In practice, this right is rarely invoked but Chuqxlata has been calling up levvies of Merestar's supporters and assigning them boondoggle patrols in order to keep Merestar from sending them on missions outside of Lustria.
Chuqxlata has never made an "on camera" appearance in any of my stories but he is mentioned in passing a few times.
