Lost Kahoun of Turochlitan
Turochlitan was an failed attempt to establish a temple city occupied and run by Old One worshipping humans with minimal supervision from the First. The brainchild of Slann Lord Merestar. The results of this was chronicled in the short story The Fall of Turochlitan, 1,206 words but you can read a summary below.
The experiment lasted roughly two hundred years and reached a population of nearly ten thousand humans at its peak. Slann Lord Merestar accomplished this all under the proverbial noses of the other Slann while most attention was on the rising Skaven menace and the Prophecy of Sotek.
Merestar's plan seemed to be working until the society was infilitrated by subversive Chaos cults which slew the Skink overseers and advisors and established their own puppets as the new heads of the Kahoun after the coup. The most important of which was the priestess Kayishen.
The Mesoamerican style Chaos warriors lasted less than a year before Slann Lord Merestar got wind of this coup and personally led an army to slay every human in Turochlitan down to the last man, woman, and child.
In a rare fit of rage, he ordered every wooden structure burn and every brick pounded into dust. The empty site was quickly reclaimed by the jungle and no physical evidence remained.
Much later, Lord Renliss learned of Turochlitan and eventally found its former site. Metaphorically speaking, he wrung the site like an old lemon for any scrap of necromantic power and managed to raise a few powerful wraiths and wight soldiers here that really had a grudge against the Klodorex Lizardmen and gained a new lieutenant, the former priestess turned banshee Kayishen. This is detailed in the expository short story Return to Turochlitan.
