I would like to engage your support in my group's request to take charge of a building on Magaambyan grounds.
In the following correspondence I shall outline the needs and wants regarding our groups potential collective stewardship of the previously derelict Tree Stump Library.
If our wish is granted, we will endeavour to maintain and organize the building and its contents in the following manner, creating a multi-use place of enhanced learning and knowledge that aids those who are struggling or seeking esoteric knowledge in a more personal setting:
Maintenance, cataloguing and organization of literary contents.
Expansion and maintenance of anthropological and zoological collections and research.
Guidance of those struggling in academic pursuits and extending learning and access to citizens of the Magaambya seeking further resources, but not full-time study.”
Hm, perhaps I should consult the others on this matter before I write the whole letter. Best to gather their input so as not to make this seem like its stems entirely from my own desires.
