Confusion and abandonment

We went to check out the cultists place. Daar transformed into a giant eagle and I rode her. Apparently giant eagles are automatically seen as hostile by these people and we were attacked. The others came to our rescue, but it was a close call. We scouted the place for a bit, but I kind of panicked from being underground again, so I stayed outside keeping watch. When the others came up again Tograk was missing. I feared for the worst at first, but apparently strange things had happened (something about him turning into a door, and the wall had turned into nothingness, very confusing) and he had walked away. Just left us. Daar sent a message to him, and he said he was fine, that he were where he was supposed to be. I call that bullshit, he's supposed to be _here_, helping us saving the world! It's not something you just walk away from when you don't feel like doing it anymore. Hell, _I_ have been wanting to walk away from it several times, but I couldn't! Well fuck him.
 
Anyway, in a book that we found, written in some horrible language, we found out that the cultists had been asked to kill the giant, and that they were keeping another one prisoner. We decided to check out the deep underground lake. I dived in and just barely had time to see Hekaton, bound and sleeping, in the deep, before the Kraken showed up. I was very happy for the Cloak of the Manta ray then. We managed to escape and went on board Aurora. We decided to leave for the Oracle and get some more clues, but not before Narvi said he was staying behind to keep tabs on the cult. Two people leaving in the same day! I can barely stand it, and I was just beginning to like Narvi! At least he's staying not for selfish reasons. But still, there could have been other ways of doing it. Fuck. I hate this.
