Infrastructure Guild Ward

The Infrastructure Guild Ward is located directly southwest of the The Hollow in Hollow's Point, and is currently being headed up by Sarafin Lackwaist, a thin, middle-aged Human woman. She is very concerned with the bureaucracy of the city and making sure that the essentials are met for citizens and travelers alike. She is constantly preoccupied with something or another, finding it difficult to stay focused on one thing at a time. She has a team she delegates to but she is a bit of a micromanager so has trouble letting go. The Infrastructure Guild is also responsible for maintaining the parks, landscapes, and the Hollow. They are very thorough in their care and problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. Ultimately, she is very good for the city but not for her own personal relationships.
In the northeast end of the Infrastructure Ward is a shrine to Lyradell, one of the few that exist outside Elven lands. The Gnomes and Elves of Hollow’s Point appreciate the work that High Servant Aeriod Gleamsoul does to help maintain the greenspaces, and keep Hollow’s Point from descending into a hub of greed and profit. Grace’s Rest, as the shrine is called, has a lot of traffic but few stay very long.
There is a Fillodern’s Necessities shop in the Infrastructure Ward, located in Shopshield. It is very popular with the residents of Shopshield and the ward in general. It is managed by a shrewd businesswoman named Maricar Banam, who is on a first-name basis with almost all of her customers. She carries a few things that cannot be found in the other shops, as requested by the residents of the area.
Merryweather’s Boarding House is a popular spot for wanderers, or those looking for a quieter time in Hollow’s Point. It is run by Mildred Merryweather, an aging Halfling with long, white, braided hair down each side of her face. She greets everyone with a smile, ensures you remove your boots so as not to track mud into her place, and promptly offers you food. She is a pleasant woman and is great friends with Montain Treefeller. Her relationship with him affords her much protection and as such, very little harm or mischief comes into her place.
