Jarl Vikar
The Jarl of @Clan Død, Vikar was a talented necromancer and a long-time rival of Count Ubba. Vikar pledged his support for the Heroes of Borlun early in their time in Solstein requesting they aid him in becoming Warchief of Solstein in exchange. Though they received his aid it became clear there was no support within the valley in raising him to the position so they chose to ascend Count Ubba instead.
