Lee Hinjen

Lee Hinjen was the first Jade Emperor of the Jade Empire that ruled over Renmin. Born in Taigol to Wu and Raijuki parents Hinjen was said to be a great warrior who earned the respect and praise of his countrymen.
Following an illithid raid on Taigol from the Underdark beneath the Great City Hinjen led warriors to defeat their ancient foe who had long plagued the streets of his home. Finding Cungimuss after slaying many of his forces the Elder Mind offered Hinjen a deal offering to grant him his forces and wisdom to help him unite the continent if he could also earn the respect and support of the dragon Zufujing who resided atop Mount Wukong.
No shortage of ambition, Hinjen travelled to the summit of Mount Wukong around which Taigol was built and earned the support of Zufujing after defeating the ancient dragonborn in single combat. 
With their combined forces and those of Taigol Hinjen proceeded to subdue the four kingdoms and form the Jade Empire. His descendants would go on to rule the empire for over a thousand years until the Excoriation led to Taigol's imprisonment as a dread plane.
