Taigol

Taigol is among the Great Cities of Aesalia located on the continent of Renmin. Unlike the other cities Taigol was not located on the coast but around the base of the enormous mountain that made up it's center.
The city was ruled by the Jade Emperor and served as the capitol of the Jade Empire which controlled all of Renmin. At the peak of Mount Wukong rested Zufujing the dragon who advised the Jade Emperor alongside Cungimuss, an elder mind hidden beneath it, until the Excoriation where the two were slain freeing the Empire from their will.
Taigol was briefly bound by a jade fog following the Excoriation when the city was trapped inside a dread plane.
