Raijū

Raijū is the 'fisherman's kingdom' of the four kingdoms of Renmin. Ruled over by the Shogun the kingdom is a land of honour and nobility whose warriors are famed across the island and seamen are considered masters of the tide. Split into assorted islands by many wide rivers the land of Raijū is largely connected by a series of bridges that separate the assorted domains of its people. Several off sea islands are also owned by Raijū including the island of Gonjin off the coast of Imūgi and Sao off the coast of  Wū. Pirates on these islands have often acted with the informal consent of Raijū who uses them to take revenge on their eastern neighbour and steal technology from the Imūgi.
