Brimad (brim AD)

Elder Tree Brimad, the First Seed

Brimad, one of the last surviving Elder Tree, is also the oldest of the trees. Legend places its seed beginning its life near the beginning of recorded history, 4700pre-sc according to Jenuwan Order records (though this hard date should be taken with a grain of salt.) Brimad is also the first, besides its parent tree Aterleg, to have early mankind reach its shade. When the Jaraite first contacted the tree is unknown, however, thriving communities of lived with the tree and its Fairy, the Brimies, by the time of the Aggelomachy.

After the Aggelomachy Brimad, and the Brimies, largely lived as they had since the beginning. The era of ice at the beginning of the Randagri Period, caused by the Na Boon Super Volcano, had little effect on the land, being so close to the equator. Most the Jaraite were gone, scatters south, or dead from the war. Brimad begin healing its lands, choosing Dreadcap, a great black wolf and 'hero' of the Agelomachy as its Narasan (avatar protector).

Fairy - Known as 'Brimies', this fairy community of elder tree Brimad controls the Brimlands with murderous intent to any venturing in their lands. Brimies are distinct in that they have much more ethereal wings rather than the typical insect like wings of others.
