Quillima Duskborn
Archfel Quillima Isabella Duskborn- Crisvin (a.k.a. Quill)
Quillima, or "Quill" for short, was abandoned as an infant in the fey wilds by her changeling parents and was left to be raised by Eladrin. They raised her as one of their own, teaching her the ways of the fey and nurturing her inherent love for music. By the age of 10, she was offered up to the Archfey Galland Crisvin who was to be her patron. However, he had no interest in such, as he had taken up an interest in the ways of piracy. Begrudgingly taking Quill onto his pirate crew at the insistence of the Eladrin, he instructed her in the ways of debauchery and hedonism. When Quillima turned 21, she decided to explore the world for herself in order to see what else life had to offer, thus acquiring the taste for adventuring. In her adventures, Quill struck upon the life of a bard and composed many songs of her own. She loves to move the hearts of her audiences and provoke emotional responses, either good or ill. This has earned her a great deal of both fame and infamy, so she likes to live her life on the road, never staying in one place for too long.
Quillima is both an instrumentalist and a poet. Her defining work is called "The Pirates of Luskan," a song about her firsthand account of being "kidnapped" by sea reavers as a child. Quill acquired a special instrument from Galland, an elven death whistle made out of mithril. Her greatest embarrassment was the time she played her brilliant comedic song, "Big Tom's Hijinks," and it did not go over well with Big Tom. Quillima's goal in life, her Bard's Muse, is to identify the essence of "true love," whatever that may be.
