The realm of the Ancient Arkos known as Storm Top features a sharp divide between a chaotic, powerful storm below filled with tumultuous weather and jagged mountains, and a serene star-scape above the clouds, filled with beautiful luminescence and majestic mountain peaks.
Arkos' rule of the realm is said to be less strict compared to the other prime ancients, and Storm Top is home to a variety of hardened denizens despite its nature. The mighty Storm Giants dwell on and in a number of the impossibly tall mountains, and many great, winged creatures unseen in the Mortal Realm hold sway over the darkened skies. Many of these creatures thrive on the chaotic nature of the realm, and some scholars believe they compete with the other flyers of the realm over territory within the storm...
