Villam
The realm said to be most heavily tied to the magical elemental force of earth, Villam is the realm in the Cosmic Sea presided over by Paires. A beautiful world of fertile farm plains and majestic hillsides, many scholars have said that the plains of Villam are meant to be a reflection of worlds such as Arkos if Mortalkind had never interfered in nature. Villam is a realm of peace and tranquility, where the earth flourishes and sprawling fields of crop and soil are tended for ages by the Ancient Paires.
According to some historical accounts, Villam appears to be one of the outer realms most commonly visited by Mortalkind, Paires supposedly wanting to share the fruits of his hard labour with those willing to speak with him. Paires believes that all work, regardless of its seeming importance, should be done to the best of one’s ability, and the bountiful harvests reaped by Paires and his artifact the Belt of the Harvest are a stark reflection of that belief.
The tranquil realm is not without its adversity, however. Chaos and darkness rising in the mortal realm can have an unhealthy effect on the crops of Villam, and powerful earth elementals and tribes of Githyanki mercenaries litter many of the mountainsides, determined to seize and exploit the realm's resources for themselves.
