Winter's Feast

Winter's Feast is a winter holiday in Azimuth. It is celebrated yearly on 21 Drimon, which is the winter solstice. It is known as a time of holding close what you have and being thankful for those in your life.

Effects of Holiday

At the time of the winter solstice, the sun, Parall, is at it's weakest point, which is reflected in the dimming or distance of Avianor, The Timefather.
The barriers between the Material Plane and the other planes of Azimuth have been known to become thinner during the annual solstices and equinoxes: Wild Gathering, Sun's Bounty, Harvest Home, and Winter's Feast.

History

The Fifth Age: The Age of Beginnings

In 5A 299, during the Winter's Feast celebrations in Porgorag, the oknar granted the Red Manors to the Hero Hunters for their service to the city. These manors would eventually become the Hero Hunters Facility.
