Kingsbury
The sub-continent of Kingsbury sits on the northern front of Triptych a cold a harsh realm surrounded by snow-capped mountains that line the untamed landscape. While the southern coasts have been colonised by the Triptychian humans many ages before, There are still many an undiscovered land especially towards the northwestern region where a mountain range provides a great challenge in traversing the land.
Colonies
Though humans have lived in Kingsbury since the Age of Unification, Only a couple eras afterwards were the dwarven cities discovered when a catastrophic event took place that literally shook the foundations of their homes; These dwarves were a splinter faction that seperated from their homeland of Vulgrim and colonised the Northlands long before the humans had set foot there.Expansion
Tales of many exotic flora and fauna live here despite the harsh conditions such as Yetis, Salamanders, Giants and even sightings of dragons to the far north. A few expedition were sent out to scout potential regions that could prove hospitable early into the colonisation of Kingsbury yet these back then unknown creatures had deterred many an aspiring explorer, Since then the humans of the northlands have made no other attempt to make settlements inland and left their neighbouring dwarves an ample space for expansion.
