Frightful Presence:

Each creature of Raicamex's choice within 120 feet and aware of him must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute.  

Breath Weapon (Recharge 5 rounds):

Plasma Breath: Raicamex exhales destructive plasma in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 91 (26d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Non-magical items are instantly incinerated, melted or otherwise destroyed upon contact with the plasma for 1 round after Raicamex exhales it, at no saving throw. After 1 round, the item must save for 5 rounds before the plasma cools to a steaming hot oily paste. It takes an hours for the plasma to fully cool to a hard yet brittle rock.  

Legendary Actions

Raicamex can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn.)
 
  • Detect: Raicamex makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.)
  • Tail Attack: Raicamex makes a tail attack.)
  • Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions): Raicamex beats its wings. Each creature within 15 ft. must succeed on a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. Raicamex can then fly up to half its flying speed.

With a wingspan of nearly sixty feet, it casts a shadow that chills the hearts of the bravest warriors and darkens the brightest days.  
      Raicamex's appearance is as formidable as its reputation; a lion-dragon hybrid face with a long, thick neck and fiery, cunning eyes that hold centuries of wisdom and malice. Its black, leather-plated skin, adorned with natural highlights of red and orange, serves as an intimidating armor. This creature is no mere beast; it is the embodiment of ancient power, immune to toxins, diseases, and most forms of attack that would fell lesser beings. Its breath, a hot and highly caustic glowing red plasma, can disintegrate organic matter within seconds and destroy almost any surface it touches.   For over 800 years, Raicamex has roamed the lands of Dramoor, striking fear into the hearts of its inhabitants. Known for its ruthless attacks on areas already struck by calamity, its reputation precedes it. Despite being pursued by many, none have been able to locate its lair or successfully confront it. Raicamex is more than a predator; it is a cunning entity, plotting several steps ahead and manipulating situations to its advantage. Its vain and aggressive nature makes it a feared opponent, and its covetousness has led it to amass a great wealth, which it hoards jealously. Raicamex stands as a testament to the power of the ancient and the eternal, a creature that has woven itself into the fabric of Dramoor's history.
