Lunagi

Lunagi is the goddess of betrayal and greed. She was thought to be small and weak in her youth and was pitied by several other Meydra, including her parents, Celeyra, Vedanav, and Madjei. She timidly accepted protection, guidance, and gifts, until the Day At Last, when she revealed the true and parasitic nature of her powers, much greater than anyone had guessed. Among other things, she stole Celeyra's beauty, Vedanav's strength, and Madjei's magic. She compressed everything she stole into a small crystal of great power, which she arranged on her head into a crown. For some time she subjugated all other gods, even including such forces as Damakos and Mannaret, whose greatest weapons she had taken. She created the Tarrasque during her time of glory, and used it to exact dominion over all the world. However, together with an alliance of weakened Meydra and their scant still-devoted followers, Mannaret narrowly managed to slay the Tarrasque, and with Shadow Killer, the sword he forged from its remains, he swept the crown from her head and struck her down. As the crystals shattered, the power was returned to each Meydra, though the shockwave left Mannaret in terrible pain. As both he and Lunagi died, Perennitus stepped in to heal Mannaret, while Kan Zul stepped in to lay a curse on Lunagi, trapping her in a perpetually weakened state. As such, she is portrayed as a woman whose body is withered and decayed on one side, though much theoretical art also exists of her at the height of her power.
Relationships
Lunagi was daughter of Tirinasi and Djudla-Mei and sister of Shard. She had relations with several humanoids, most of whose identities are unknown. She stands out as the most unanimously hated of the Meydra.
Followers
Lunagi's following is associated with drow, and while it is true that she has a great number of drow clerics, there are many who still revere her for her triumph over the whole of the Meydra, inasmuch as it lasted. Her intercession is also commonly requested by spies, schemers, and outcasts. In times of great physical and emotional duress, it is not unheard of even for good people to address her to ask for a return of the energy that she may have stolen away from them. A common prayer includes acknowledgment and simple praise of her bygone cunning and power in the hopes that this will mollify her into acquiescing.
