The Treaty of Kremlin

With the Dwarven refugee crisis underway, the Marshals of Oryn's took many in, and if they had pleased they may of conquered the rest of Aygess. It was the Emperor of the time, Kremlin, who gathered together the Dinescape Alliance, the Queen of Thena and The Governor of Utarford, and the Marshals of the Oryn Empire. They agreed to a fair trade treaty, and ending all potential hostilities by agreeing to negotiate in good faith between.
The Third Maslands Invasion, had left many worried about the prospects of another raid for slaves. This peace was hard negotiated, and much credit was given to Queen Lillian, who's long life experience brought with it much tempered wisdom. The treaty itself was named after the Emperor of Dabraso who had called the meeting. Many believed this to be a selfless act, but those who study history know it was an action to preserve his own power, for if the warlords began to conquer other nations, they would see little value in supporting the Emperor.
