The formation of the Material Level
This marked the creation of the Prime Plane, the Feywild and Shadowfell, formed from the Elemental planes during a cataclysmic event of the Celestial War.
The War had broken more of the Great Elemental Plane, and this divide grew through even the Astral Plane, until it formed its own new level of existence, now referred to as the Material Planes.The elements intermixed. Powers exerted from the Upper Planes formed the Faewild, a beautiful realm, where as the Powers coming from The Lower Planes became a realm of darkness and shadow.
The powers that leaked in from the Astral Sea, coalesced into the Ethereal Plane, and the Effects of the Astral Sea raised the Astral Plane. This new level of existance was like nothing made before, impermanent, finite. While the powers of the Divine, devils and Demons would work here, it was weakened. This level of existance situated itself between the Elemental Planes and the outer planes, interconnected to all through the Astral Sea.
The shape of the universe was now made.
- At its core, The Inner Planes, timeless, and beyond understand.
- Next was the Elemental Planes, surrounded by the endless Elemental Chaos.
- Second to Last is the Material Planes, enveloped in the powers of the Elemental Planes, and influanced by the powers of the Outer Planes.
- Finally, the Outer Planes, above all others.
- The Astral Sea interweaves through all the planes of existance.
