Conino Resort

The Conino Resort was constructed fairly recently, built by the Conino Tribe with the blessing of the victorious Quico Bienombe after the civil war came to an end. With the wealth of the Coninos proving vital to the success of the Bienombes during the civil war, it was viewed as a lawful favor to assist them after all was said and done. The wealth of the tribe was poured into building a lavish structure said to rival the palaces of the greatest lords and nobles of the height of the Jakonian Empire. The fires and lights of the resort can be seen for miles along the Smitlaw Road, offering anyone traveling that route a taste of what is to come.

Purpose / Function

The Conino Resort was built with the sole intent of separating as much gold as possible from myriad caravan owners and travelers that populate the Sypi Confederacy. The entire place consists of a massive hotel and numerous gambling devices and entertainments. Anyone with a bit of clout or wealth within the Confederacy can find the resort is populated with nearly every luxury known to man and all other races. The building was designed in the manner of palaces and engineers and wizards all the way from the Imperial University were hired to provide the most modern of conveniences for those who attend the resort.

Alterations

After the opening of the main casino, the majority of the Conino Tribe began creating more permanent dwellings and households in the surrounding area. Although most of the tribe continues to wander the surrounding plains when they aren't working here, the new houses have begun to show their use and wear and tear in recent days. Therefore construction has begun on quarters for the workers of the Conino Tribe, to give them a chance to reside in house and provide the Conino leadership a more centralized point of power.
