Northern Caravan Company Headquarters
The Headquarters of the Northern Caravan Company is a large complex with various buildings. There are no fences around the property, which is nestled between Koren Street and I-215, instead the grounds are meant to be freely travelled by caravaneers and customers. There are a few tents laid out for unaffiliated merchants, but most of the NCC's merchants do business inside the company's building. The building itself is 14 stories tall, with the first three stories housing alcoves for each merchant within the company. The next 11 stories are all for meetings, lodging, offices and rest areas. Made from brick, the building has a very traditional Pre-War look to it.
The location became the sight of New Vegas tragedy on the 11th of May, 2299, when the Caravan Killer opened fire from the rooftop, and detonated explosives within the building, killing 84 people, and wounding 219. Despite this, the Company Spokesman Adam Farnheber, attests that there will be no fences put in place, "People need to have free trade, walls are the direct antagonist to this sentiment. And we at the Northern Caravan Company do not cower in the face of adversity."
