Sunset Sarsparilla Headquarters

The Sunset Sarsparilla Headquarters is a bottling plant in the commercial district of New Vegas. The plant itself produces hundreds of thousands of bottles of Sarsparilla a day, but it has a far more important purpose. By getting the Bottling Plant back online, and producing Sarsparilla once again, companies who want to sell the new soda must pay in caps, and anyone who buys the soda, gets new bottle caps from the sodas. This cycle results in old, rusting caps to be melted and reused, while adding in new ones. At the same time, since bottles cost more than one cap, the FEZ is slowly but surely reducing the number of caps in circulation, thus conbstantly countering any sort of inflation, and any caps that are deemed to still be usable are placed in the Vegas Treasury. This method ultimately helps produce new currency while replacing, removing, and stockpiling old currencies.   This plan, as well as the building, are The Treasurer's, the enigmatic cybord in control of the entire Free Economic Zone of the Mojave's finances.    The plant is 87,500 square feet, comprising on site sarsparilla brewery, glass blowing, smelters and metal presses, and finally the bottling equipment. Its most defining feature is the 50 foot tall sarsparilla bottle that marks the entrance to reception. The along the front edge, running the length of the building, is its offices. Over looking the plant floor itself is the main office, where the Treasurer works. The building is even rumored to have a direct tunnel to the Vegas Vault, but that is unconfirmed.
