Entryway
A cold stone square room (A) which has two doors in the room, one to the west (1A), the other to the south (2), the stairway you came from ascends back up in the north side of the room. The ceilings are 10 foot tall and the room is 45 feet from one end to the other.
Entries
West Door (1A)
This golden metal door has a large gear at the top portion of the door about 2M off the ground and there is a metal bar that runs horizontally between the gear and it sits in a 1/2M vertical groove within the door. This goes to West Hallway.
South Door (2)
This golden metal door is partially separated by 5 - 6 centimeters vertically. There is a gear that is at 1M off the ground sitting in a 1/2M tall vertical groove within the door. The left side of the door which has the gear on it is at a slight 15 degree angle and no longer flush with a metal track that is visible below the door. This door requires being moved back into place somehow, one way is a DC 15 Athletics check. This door leads to South Hallway
North Door
The stairs ascend back towards The War Vault (check to see if door is open based on time).

South Door (2)
This golden metal door is partially separated by 5 - 6 centimeters vertically. There is a gear that is at 1M off the ground sitting in a 1/2M tall vertical groove within the door. The left side of the door which has the gear on it is at a slight 15 degree angle and no longer flush with a metal track that is visible below the door. North Door
The stairs ascend back towards The War Vault (check to see if door is open based on time).
