As soon as the door opens you are hit with a buzzing noise and a horrible smell of rotting meat and old grain, as millions of flies escape the room. As the flys escape you see a large mass of moving meat, grain and other discard food refuse shift and pulse as it moves towards you. Roll for initiative War Vault Encounters 

inside this room is rotting food and busted bags of grain and a pig corpse that has been consumed as maggots crawl over its flesh.

The food in here is rotten eating any of it requires a DC 17 Con save, on failure taking 1d6 poison damage and becoming poisoned for 4 hours. On a success taking half as much and not poisoned. The room contains

• 8 bags of grain some of the bags completely torn and many holes caused by insects
• 4 jars that contain fly eggs
• Numerous rotting fruit cores
• The Undead Shambling Mound which is made of rotting human flesh, meat, old grain and other refuse

History

The creature in this place was made of the discarded meat of Yoko the cleaning lady.
