Aknir (Æck-Ni:r)
Fauna & Flora
Aknir is largely covered in a coniferous forest branching from the north in Halberghair, where cherry blossoms turn to birch, and birch eventually turns to oak. In these forests roam many different types of game. Cervidae species are most prevalent with Moose and Caribou thriving further south in the nation, with the north being a little more sparse, but still with the occasional rabbit and many migrating birds.
Natural Resources
Aknir is very rich in Iron, Taconite, Silver and Wild Game for Leather. As such, Aknir has no shortage in Weapons and Armor.
History
Long ago, in the first era, the Twin Gods descended upon the land. Eleanor touched down in what is modernly known as Aknir. Her presence shook the land to its core, causing a great wound reaching the core of the planet. From this "wound" sprang many types of Demons, Devils, and Aberrations. This one moment of pure chaos would forever scar the surrounding land to being a beacon to those of chaos, eventually being a nation originally of Goblinoids and other similar types.
Tourism
Tourism is Largely nonexistent in Aknir between the constant horde of monsters and large walls separating the nations bordering.
