Demographics

Mostly human, with a significant minority of Halflings

Government

Most of the district runs as a series of Homesteads, which vote on electors to send up to the District Council. The District Council sends electors to the city, nominates edlers to solve issues, and sets market prices for farm goods.

Defences

The Sheriff of the district has very few deputies, relying on the homesteads to send militiamen should he require more muscle.

Industry & Trade

Newgarden is largely concerned with farming. They have a four-field crop rotation system with irrigation ditches and well established traditions of community aid.

Assets

A 'gongery' pools resources from the city's gong farmers. The manure is processed and fed into an irrigation system.

Architecture

Simple homes erected quickly out of dirt brick and wood dot the landscape between tidy square fields.
