Bright God
"You simply must try the Bright God if you're going to Krezzym! There's the Pestletail steak, and they serve the local ale that's... well, it's the best way to taste what the city's all about: stiff, harsh and fishy."
~Abide Baht Mig, of Abide and Seak's Bizarre Bazaar
Owner: Nicholas Zazerac (minor goon, human male)
Barmaid: Cassandra (changeling informer)
Cook: Norbert (manikin)
Purpose / Function
The Bright God is a tavern dedicated to the lower and working class.
Wardstone worked into the walls protect privacy against magical observation and has become a popular meeting place for seedier types. Most drinking houses lack this feature, as it limits bardic entertainment.
Architecture
Like most buildings in Krezzym, the Bright God has white stone walls and a red roof.
History
The Bright God was built in 255 by Derling Wiskow, a Plutarch whose name appears often in the history of Krezzym's architecture and is largely responsible for the aesthetic.
Since it was built, it has passed around Krezzym's wealthiest families. It has remained largely unchanged from the beginning, and is a favorite for locals and visitors alike who want a quiet drink perhaps punctuated by a friendly brawl.
