Logrvast (low-ger-vost)

The impossibly spelled Logrvast is Gelvast's sister island. It is also home to high mountains and deep crags, though the northernmost portion of the island has nutrient-lacking plains which are just adequate enough to farm in. Logrvast is used largely as a military outpost and beacon, like Gelvast. It utilizes large fisheries, dams, and salt deposits to store food for the Snow-Rock military in case of famine and in preparation for voyages.
Civilian housing is present, but typically work at the fisheries and dams for the government. Not quite military, not quite civilian. The fisheries themselves function similarly to central townhouses. Logrvast and her sister are often referred to as the "Gates of Steirvem," as they both overwatch anyone who may approach the capital island.
