Gylidd Island has been populated since before the construction of
Gylidd Syn Aethri in 23,998 AI. In that time, thousands of Aethrin have undergone their Inaethrid to become deities, and of those thousands, only a handful remain to provide magic and answer prayers to their followers. Below, the Gylidder Inaethri are sorted first by their primary Domain of focus, and then sorted again into their Pantheons - groupings of
Inaethri who became gods within the same millenia, and often formed relationships with each other.
Gylidder Inaethri by Domain
Gylidder Inaethri by Pantheon
Inaethri are occasionally grouped together in associations called Pantheons. Pantheons, like the Inaethri that gathered in them, were flexible and transitory, often rising and falling as the Inaethri gained power and died. Typically, faith in a pantheon is stronger than in individual Inaethri, so deities in such unions tended to maintain their status for longer.
In Gylidd Syn Aethri, only a handful of pantheons have survived to present day.
The Pantheon of Ancient Legends
This pantheon is made up of older gods whose original pantheons have long since been forgotten, but whose individual importance is strong enough in the culture of Gylidd that they still remain after 40,000 years.
These deities' Inaethrid occurred between 40,001 and 50,000 BAI.

The Pantheon of the Island
This pantheon involves individuals who became deities on Gylidd before the advent of the Brume and before the leylines raised the island to prominence. During this time, an elven pantheon named the Hacharwiddr - the Lords of the Sun - rose in prominence. The Elven pantheon shattered when Tahlisal betrayed the others by abusing the star magic of Kethisarqueya. Tahlisal's vain attempt to harness Achar's power for themselves broke the sun into the Mhelydraud, and only three of the elven deities survived the civil war that followed.
These deities' Inaethrid occurred between 30,001 and 40,000 BAI.

The Pantheon of the Enclave
The Enclave was a gathering of powerful mages that formed a large extended family, based out of a secret arcane university that has since been lost - even the Inaethri themselves no longer remember it due to a powerful curse that remains to this day. Some say it has to do with Talchen, the shattered second moon.
These deities' Inaethrid occurred around 28,000 BAI, 3000 years before the Ripple.

The Pantheon of the Landing
This cadre of Inaethri were temporarily allies during the Age of Stone, as Gylidd Syn Aethri was in its second millenia of the first founding. Their Pantheon takes its name from the rise of Gylidd to a proper harbor metropolis under their watch. It is said that they battled a terrible form of death that crept from the Brume, and most gave their lives to banish it.
These deities' Inaethrid occurred around 22,000 BAI.

The Pantheon of the Coterie
This assemblage is the first and only time that a Gylidder Inaethri Pantheon ever had a principal God - the warlord Borsival, King of Kings. Vrokíva's anger with the Coterie was truly legendary, as Borsival led his pantheon to construct massive stone architecture to capture and dismiss the Brume, and under him Gylidd Syn Aethri experienced nearly constant attack from Brume Beasts and Mist Dragons.
Despite Vrokíva's attempts to erase the Coterie from history, these deities' Inaethrid occurred between 15,001 and 17,000 BAI.

The Pantheon of the Dark
This pantheon is the youngest, and gained prominence after the artificial plateau of Gylidd Syn Aethri was cracked nearly in half by a magical earthquake, causing much of the Underdark to unify and demand equal representation to the surface so they could restore their subterranean holdings beneath the city. Although not all of these deities are from the depths, those that were defined the age.
These deities' Inaethrid occurred between 11,000 and 15,000 BAI.
