The outpost of the Wyrmriders and their leader, Echion. Built in the lower hills of the Hekaton and bristling with tamed wyverns. Nearly inaccessible without flight.Demographics
The Wyrmriders, warriors who have trained to fight alongside or atop wyverns in combat.
Industry & Trade
Echion has established a mercenary accord with as many rulers of Ogygia as possible, selling his wyrmriders to the highest bidder. So long as wyrmriders will not be forced into opposite sides of a conflict, any army can employ them for a limited time on the battlefield.
Infrastructure
Built atop mountain cliffs that can only be flown to or scaled. Wyverns ferry any required resources to the stronghold and sometimes serve as passengers to envoys or others looking for an audience with Echion.
