Umera

A newly refounded village in the place of the ancient city of Umera on the island Notret . There are left overs of a Shrine of Traveling on the island.
During the first months after the refounding Umera devolped itself to bristling small city. It let refugee to all people harrassed by the Church of purity. The three orders controlled the island in a council with equal shares. Over time the different views on the world became more and more a problem. The conflicts in the city grew with its size and the current leaders couldn't make a single decision anymore. Therefore, the council was canceled and the island devided into subregions belonging to the individual orders.
It was decided that these regions should be governed individually but a council of representatives should guide the city united if this would be necessary. This council was made up out of new candidates and the Adventurers . The Fellower of the Bloodtree was given three representatives which are Hugo (2nd: Randolff ) , Namyria and Lilifa Oakear. The Shadowchildren were granted two representatives which are Yama and Dambarth Oakear and their replacement would be Odric . The Guardians was only one reprensentative allowed. They chose Maxim and as second in command Corristo . Oligon resigned from leading the others and secluded himself in his tower.

The "Flying Boar" is the most renown inn and brothel in all of Umera. The owner is Randolff.
The city trades with Vaddad for building materials.
